MEMORANDUM OPINION
MORRIS SHEPPARD ARNOLD, District Judge.
Between 1975 and 1988, Gene Flannes served as manager of the corporate defendants’ branch office in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Flannes promised plaintiffs that he would place their money in securities or other investments, but instead converted their funds to personal use.
