Lucy Calloway, a resident of Fayette county, died in April, 1909, leaving a last will ancl testament, which, reads as follows:

“June 15th, 1901.
“I, Lucy Calloway, of the State of Kentucky and County of Fayette, being of sound mind, do make and declare this to be my last will and testament, to-wit: First, I will that all of my just debts and funeral expenses be paid.
