STUMBO, Justice.

Shirley Peyton was convicted of two counts of trafficking in a schedule II controlled substance, second or subsequent offense; one count of persistent felony offender (PFO), first degree; and one count of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. She received a ten-year sentence on each of the trafficking charges, to run consecutively with one another; a 30-year sentence on the PFO I charge, to run concurrently with the trafficking sentences; and a one-year sentence on the possession of a handgun charge, which is running consecutively with the other charges.
