Kenneth Wayne' Goben appeals as a matter of right from a Judgment-of the Jefferson Circuit Court convicting him of manufacturing methamphetamine (Kentucky Revised Statute (KRS) 218A.1432) and first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine) (KRS 218A.1412).
