OPINION
ESPINOSA, Presiding Judge.
¶ 1 After the trial court granted Alexander Huerta’s motion to suppress all evidence related to a shei'iffs deputy’s discovery of cocaine in an unclaimed duffle bag, the state dismissed all pending charges against Huerta and now appeals the trial court’s suppression ruling. Finding no illegal search occurred, we reverse.
