OPINION

VÁSQUEZ, Judge:

¶ 1 After a jury trial, Vernon Peltz was convicted of aggravated assault causing temporary but substantial disfigurement—a lesser-included offense of aggravated assault causing serious physical injury—and assault—a lesser-included offense of aggravated assault with a dangerous instrument. The trial court suspended the imposition of sentence and placed him on concurrent terms of *26probation, the longer of which is three years.
