This1 action was brought by the appellant corporation to recover a personal judgment against the respondent and her husband, and also to foreclose a mortgage alleged to have been given to secure the debt upon which judgment is sought. The husband, Henry Waisman, made default, but the wife, Maggie Waisman, answered, denying that she executed or acknowledged the alleged mortgage.
