The plaintiff brings this action, as he says, “ suing on behalf of himself and all other stockholders of Northern Insurance Company of Moscow.” He names in his complaint as defendants: Francis R. Stoddard, Jr., as Superintendent of Insurance of the State of New York; Bankers Trust Company, as trustee under deed of trust dated October 7, 1911; Fester & Folsom, Inc.; Emil C.
