{¶ 1} Relators, the Cincinnati Enquirer (“Enquirer”); Scripps Media, Inc., d.b.a. WCPO-TV (“WCPO”); the Associated Press (“AP”); Raycom Media, d.b.a. WXIX-TV (“WXIX”); Hearst Corporation, d.b.a.
