This is one of several patent-infringement actions brought by Plaintiff DietGoal Innovations LLC (“DietGoal”) against various defendants, concerning alleged infringement on DietGoal’s '516 Patent, which claims a computerized method and system for diet-related behavior analysis, training, and planning.
