This matter is before the Court on a Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings filed on October 28, 2014 by S & N Communications, Inc., and S & N Locating Services, LLC (collectively “S & N” or “Defendants”). ECF No. 197. In such motion, Defendants contend that the claims of the patents asserted against them by CertusView Technologies, LLC (“CertusView” or “Plaintiff’) are invalid for failure to claim patentable subject matter under 35 U.S.C. § 101.
