This is an appeal from the rulings and decree of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, in favor of appellee and against appellant, in an action by appellee against appellant, in which appellee, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, claimed title to the premises therein described, under and by virtue of a certain deed executed to plaintiff, by Jack Gouge, Betty and Big Jack, dated May 13, 1912, which deed was approved by the county court of McIntosh county, Okl., on that date, and thereafter duly recorded.
