Plaintiff-Appellant Merrill Lynch Inter-funding, Inc. (“MLIF”) appeals from a judgment entered July 17, 1997 in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Thomas P. Griesa, Chief Judge) following a six-week bifurcated trial before the district court and a jury.
