Plaintiff William Nesbitt commenced this action in the Kent County Circuit Court against The Bun Basket, Inc., a Michigan corporation with its principal place of business in Kent County, Michigan, alleging the breach of an implied employment contract and a violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 201 et seq. Defendant timely removed the action to this Court.
