OPINION

2Per curiam

{1} This matter came before the Court following disciplinary proceedings conducted pursuant to the Rules Governing Discipline, 17-101 to 17-316 NMRA, in which respondent, Forrest R. Carlton, was found to have committed multiple violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct, 16-101 to 16-805 NMRA. The Court finds that indefinite suspension is the appropriate discipline and hereby adopts the recommendation of the disciplinary board that respondent be indefinitely suspended from the practice of law pursuant to Rule 17-206(A)(3) NMRA.
