MEMORANDUM
WISEMAN, Senior District Judge.
Before the Court are the plaintiffs motion for partial summary judgment; the defendant’s motion for summary judgment or, in the alternative, partial summary judgment; the defendants’ motion to deny the plaintiffs jury demand; motions to strike by both the plaintiff and the defendants; and the plaintiffs motion for oral argument.
