This is a motion to continue a preliminary injunction restraining the town of Cheektowaga, the mem*405bers of its town board, the members of its board of health, its highway commissioner and constables from interfering with the business of the plaintiff, by arresting or interfering with its servants and employees engaged in the business of transporting garbage from the city of Buffalo to the plant of the plaintiff in the village of Sloan and town of Oheektowaga.
