HOUSER, Commissioner.

This is an appeal from a circuit court judgment affirming the industrial commission’s award of 80 weeks workmen’s compensation at $30 per week in favor of Theodore Nabors and against United Realty Company and its insurer. The commission found that Nabors was an employee of the realty company; that the president of the latter directed and controlled the work of the employee at the time of the accident; “that the carrying out of obsolete and worn-out tanks and equipment was a necessary and essential part of the business of the employer and that it had been their practice…
