A petition instituting disciplinary proceedings was filed against respondent on May 7, 1975, alleging that he had violated Disciplinary Rule 1-102(A)(5) of the Code of Professional Responsibility. 1

That section provides that: “A lawyer shall not ... (5) Engage in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice.” The matter was brought before an Inquiry Committee for an initial determination on April 9, 1975.
