GREENE, Judge.

This case is an action for injunction brought by plaintiffs in the circuit court of Iron County in which plaintiffs sought to restrain and enjoin defendants from permitting their livestock to run at large upon a private road used by plaintiffs for ingress and egress to their property. Plaintiffs also requested that defendants by enjoined from interfering with plaintiffs’ right to possession and use of the road, and that they be ordered to remove certain obstructions in the form of gates and fences from the road.
