NUGENT, Presiding Judge.
The defendant, Michael Lee Simpson, appeals his conviction by a jury of tampering in the first degree, a violation of § 569.-080.1(2), R.S.Mo. (Cum.Supp.1984), for removing two wheels from a new car on the lot of an automobile dealership. We affirm his conviction.
Defendant asserts that the trial court erred (1) in overruling his motion for judgment of acquittal at the close of all the evidence because the evidence was insufficient to support the charge of tampering; (2) in admitting into evidence a pair of rubber surgical gloves because that evidence was irrelevant,…
