Mr. Kinney, Special Justice,
delivered the opinion of the Court.
The plaintiff in error, hereinafter- referred to as defendant, was convicted below of violating what is known as the Tobacco Sales Tax Law, being chapter 2, of the Public Acts passed by the legislature of 1925.
The defendant is a blind merchant, engaged in business at Trenton,. Gibson county.
His able attorney assigns six errors to the action of the trial judge, but says in his brief that it will readily appear, when the case is considered by this court, that there are but three questions in the lawsuit, and that these three…
