Appellants Susan L. Garfield (“Garfield”), Bob’s Service Center, Inc., Transport Automotive Warehouse and Overseas Auto Parts, Inc., and/or Overseas Auto Parts, Inc. (collectively “appellants”) appeal from a judgment entered December 17, 1987 in the District of Massachusetts, Western Section, Michael A. Ponsor, Magistrate, upon a jury verdict in favor of Mildred C. Peck, administratrix of the estate of Edwin C.
