Castleman v. Knight

Bill by appellee against appellant seeking injunctive relief against the foreclosure of a mortgage on certain real estate owned by complainant and therein particularly described. Demurrers were interposed to the bill and answer filed. The appfeal by respondent is from the decree overruling the demurrer to the bill ,and granting a temporary writ of injunction as prayed.
