This is an equity suit. There has been some controversy as to its nature, however, plaintiff, appellant here, characterizes it as a suit to establish and enforce a constructive trust and says she does not claim a right of recovery on any other theory. Prior to February, 8, 1928, the plaintiff, Mrs. Lilly Anheuser Suhre, who, before her marriage to William O. Suhre, was Miss Lilly Anheuser, owned 625 shares of stock in Anheuser-Busch, Inc.
