We hold here that the obligation of a deceased husband to make payments pursuant to an approved property settlement agreement and interlocutory judgment of divorce, for the support of his minor children until their respective ages of majority, did not cease upon his death but survived as a charge against his estate. The trial court properly determined that decedent’s former wife was entitled to judgment against his executrix upon the wife's creditor’s claims for the amounts of such child support as well as for amounts to be paid under the agreement for the wife’s own support.
