I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiffs Brennan J. Newsom, Franza Gif-fen Newsom, and Brennan J. Newsom as Attorney In Fact for Rene Uraconiso, an Individual (deceased) (collectively “Plaintiffs”) filed a complaint (the “Nondischarge-ability Complaint”) seeking to have the sum of $214,295.91 in compensatory and punitive damages awarded under a state court default judgment against defendant Bonnie Moore (“Defendant” or “Moore”) declared nondis-chargeable under 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(4) and (6).
