In Re the Guardianship of Brown

On appeal from an order of the superior court for Yakima county approving the final account of the guardian of a minor, by an opinion of a Department of this court, the order was affirmed, as modified. The opinion of this court directed that certain allowances be made by way of compensation to the guardian for services and for compensation to the guardian's attorneys.
