WAGNER, Chief Judge:
Petitioner, Bobby Brown, seeks review of a decision of the District of Columbia Department of Employment Services (DOES) denying him temporary total disability benefits under the Workers’ Compensation Act (D.C.Code § 36-301, et seq.) (1981) (Act). He argues that DOES erred in failing to consider employment-related causes for his disability, thereby denying him the benefit of the presumption of compensability.
