The sole issue presented by this appeal is whether petitioner, Katherine L. Olson, is entitled to temporary total disability benefits from September 16, 1996 to the present and continuing, as well as payment for all causally-related medical expenses, as a result of a June 14, 1993 hip injury she suffered while working as an intensive care nurse. 1 The Department of Employment Services (DOES) denied Olson’s claim for benefits on the ground that her “current disability” was not causally related to her work injury. 2 Olson contends on appeal that the agency failed to make…
