LIPEZ, Justice.

Arthur O’Connor appeals from the entry of a judgment in the Superior Court (Knox County, Mead, J.) denying his motion to dismiss the indictment against him. He contends that his criminal prosecution for assault on a corrections officer in violation of 17-A M.R.S.A. § 752-A(l)(B) (Supp.1995) is barred by the Double Jeopardy Clauses of the state and federal constitutions because prison authorities previously revoked thirty days of his good time credits.
