This Adversary case and two other related •Adversaries relate to the bankruptcy proceedings filed by Perry Zois, George Zois, and John Zois (“Zoises” or “Debtors”) under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code 11 U.S.C. § 101 et seq., on September 29,1995. The Debtors’ reorganization plans failed to be confirmed, and the three cases were each subsequently converted to a Chapter 7 proceeding.
