Presently before this Court is the question of the appropriate remedy for the *1104legal deficiencies this Court found in the Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (“SEIS”) the Forest Service prepared ■ pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (“NEPA”) for the 2004 Sierra Nevada Forest Plan Amendment (also referred to as the “2004 Framework” or the “SNFPA”).
