MILLER, District Judge.

This action was filed by Philip B. Fleming, Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division, United States Department of Labor, to enjoin the defendant American Needlecrafts, Incorporated, from violating the provisions of Sections 15(a) (1), 15(a) (2) and 15(a) (5) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, Title 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq., which deal with minimum wages, maximum hours and keeping of records of employees subject to the provisions of the Act.
