JOHNSON, District Judge.

This is a civil action brought in this court by the Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division, United States Department of Labor, in which judgment is sought to enjoin and restrain the defendant manufacturing company from violat ing the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act of June 25, 1938, c. 676, 52 Stat. 1060, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq.

The facts are as follows: The defendants are copartners engaged in the business of producing and selling rag rugs and carpets in interstate commerce. The offices and factory building are located in the Borough of Carlisle,…
