PER CURIAM: *
Plaintiff-Appellee Jeffrey T. Kruebbe appeals the district court’s orders remanding his criminal prosecution to state court and dismissing his civil rights claims against Defendants-Appellees Judge Ray-lyn R. Beevers and Assistant District Attorney Charles Thomas Carr. We AFFIRM, and we DENY Kruebbe’s motion to certify questions to the Louisiana Supreme Court.
