John A. Carlock, as conservator of A. H. Carlock, filed a bill against W. B. Carlock in the McLean county circuit court to set aside a quit-claim deed dated September n, 1888, and two warranty deeds dated in 1895, all executed by A. H. Carlock to W. B. Carlock. The quit-claim deed purported to convey 200}4 acres of land lying in McLean and Woodford counties and an undivided one-ninth interest in 80 acres adjoining.
