This is an appeal from a judgment of the Appellate Court for the First District affirming a decree of the superior court of Cook county, wherein appellant was complainant and appellees were defendants. Appellant filed his bill as assignee of one Andrew T. Sherman to the latter’s interest in certain stock issued and not issued in the appellee cemetery company, asking that the appellee company and certain of its officers be required to issue to him twelve and one-half shares of the original capital stock of said company, the allegation being, in substance, that at the organization of the…
