This suit was brought by the W. T. Rawleigh Medical Company, a private corporation of Freeport, Ill., plaintiff in error, against R. P. Fitzpatrick, J. E. Seymour, and C. L. Grable, defendants in error, to recover $676.26, a balance claimed to be due it by the former for merchandise sold by it to him, payment of which was guaranteed by said Seymour and Grable. It was alleged by plaintiff in error that on the 23d of November, 1909, it entered into a written contract with said R. P.
