Harral, defendant in error, plaintiff in the court below, brought this suit against the Kansas City, Mexico & Orient Railway Company of Texas, and the Kansas City, Mexico & Orient Railway Company of Kansas, defendants in the court below, to recover damages alleged to have been sustained to a shipment of sheep from Girvin, Tex., to Kansas City, Mo., claiming injury thereto by reason of delay, rough handling en route, as well as damage to the sheep by reason of insufficient and inadequate feed pans at Altus, Okl., where the sheep were unloaded for rest, feed, and water.…
