PHILLIPS, Chief Judge.

This case is before the court on the application of the National Labor Relations Board for enforcement of its bargaining order against D. H. Farms Co. (the Company), reported at 192 N.L.R.B. No. 15. The Board found that the Company violated § 8(a) (5) and (1) of the Act by refusing to bargain with the Union, 1 which had been certified by the Board as the exclusive representative of the Company’s employees. Reference is made to the reported decision of the Board for a detailed recitation of the facts.
