OPINION

THOMPSON, Judge.

¶ 1 This is a special action review of an Industrial Commission of Arizona (ICA) award and decision upon review for unscheduled permanent partial disability benefits. Two issues are presented on appeal:(1) whether the administrative law judge (ALJ) erred by allowing the uninsured respondent employer, Asset Landscaping (Asset), to appear in the proceedings; and(2) whether the ALJ erred by including the dishwasher position in her loss of earning capacity (LEC) calculation.
