OPINION

HENRY, Justice.

We granted certiorari in this rape case in order to consider the question of the right of the trial judge to require that a rape victim submit to a psychological examination and to examine the issues of the sufficiency of the identification and of the alibi and insanity defenses.

Petitioner was convicted of rape and sentenced to serve fifty years in the State Penitentiary. The Court of Criminal Appeals affirmed. We granted certiorari to consider the matters indicated, thus rejecting all other issues presented in the petition for the writ of certiorari. Upon such…
