Reversing.

Irene Henson brought this action against the Continental Assurance Company to recover $3,000 under its group insurance policy No. 429-Gr issued to the Illinois Central Railroad Company on October 11, 1941. She alleged in her petition that she was the beneficiary named in the certificate delivered by the defendant to W. R. Henson, an employee of the Illinois Central Railroad Company; that W. R.
