DORMAN, Senior Judge:

On 22 August 1997, the appellant was convicted, contrary to his pleas at a general court-martial consisting of a military judge sitting alone, of fraudulent enlistment, five specifications of larceny, forgery, and 16 specifications of the unauthorized use of another’s credit card. The appellant’s offenses violated Articles 83, 121, 123, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 883, 921, 923, and 934. The approved sentence includes confinement for five years, a fine of $2500, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, reduction to pay grade E-1, and a bad-conduct…
