SERNA, J.

{1} Defendant Shane Glen Harrison appeals his convictions for nineteen felony counts, including first degree felony murder for the deaths of George and Pauline McDougall. See Rule 12-102(A)(1) NMRA 2000 (appeals from sentence of life imprisonment taken to the Supreme Court).
