Presently pending before the Court are Respondent’s Motion for Summary Judgment and Petitioner’s related Motion to Strike Evidence. In its Motion for Summary Judgment, The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”) contends that no genuine issues of material fact exist to be tried and that its revocation of Petitioner’s firearm dealers license should be affirmed as a matter of law.
