In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for the alleged wrongful termination of plaintiff’s employment, defendant appeals from so much of the order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 3, 1979, as denied its motion to dismiss the second and fifth causes of action and granted plaintiff’s cross motion to dismiss defendant’s fourth afiirmative defense of the Statute of Limitations.
