In this Federal Employers’ Liability Act (“FELA”) case,1 Union Pacific Railroad Company appeals from the final judgment rendered on the jury’s verdict in favor of the estate of Gerónimo Gutierrez, deceased, Amelia Gutierrez and Adrian Gutierrez, individually in their capacities as dependents of Gerónimo Gutierrez, deceased, and Amelia Gutierrez, in her capacity as administratrix of the estate of Gerónimo Gutierrez.
