GARDNER, Circuit Judge.
This was a suit in equity brought by the Missouri Pacific Railroad Corporation in Nebraska, a Delaware corporation, against appellants, who include the Attorney General of the State of Nebraska and certain other law enforcing officers of that state, to enjoin them from certain threatened unlawful acts in the enforcement of the Nebraska Full Train Crew Law as interpreted by such officers.
